This Cognac is crafted exclusively from Ugni Blanc grapes sourced from the Grande Champagne region, recognized as the Premier Cru of Cognac. The eaux-de-vie are aged in Limousin oak barrels before embarking on the "Tour du Monde" sea journey, typically lasting three months. During this voyage, the barrels, filled to about 70-80% capacity, experience variations in temperature and air pressure, along with continuous movement, which contributes to the Cognac's evolution and unique profile.
