Description

The green nuts to create this wonderful Liqueur de Noix Vertes are harvested from the tree and macerated in the house wine and brandy. Everything is made organically.

Here you will find clean and crystalline walnuts, all the aromas of which are well preserved by the fairly low alcohol content of 17% vol. The sugars, acidity, and bitterness of this amazing Liqueur play with your nose and palate.

Recommended to enjoy at home, try it on goat cheese or nut and chocolate cakes!

To bring in the Jewish New Year of Rosh Hashanah on a sweet/high note tonight, we opened our first Bonjour Drinks bottle - La Cazottes Noix Vertes Liqueur which weighs in at a light 18%abv. While brownish in the glass ( see the picture ), the nose explodes with dates, figs, raisins and plums....
