Description
Only the almost ripe fruits are used for this liqueur. The quince often fall on the ground. They are picked up and left to ripen in wooden crates. At the right moment, they are cut and sorted for the maceration in the home-made organic eau-de-vie for 14 months. Slightly sweetened with good sugar, a little bit of know-how and this liqueur finds its balance in a touch of original bitterness.
