Aroma

Very gourmand, fruit cup with the sweet syrup, spice laden (but not a spicy/prickly Cognac), sweet orange flesh (clementine), touch of caramel and toffee. Accessible, inviting.

Palate

Taste

Indeed gourmand and accessible. Spice dusted stewed fruits. More of that Dole Mixed Fruit fruit cup.

Finish

Aftertaste

A touch of oak giving the Cognac a little backbone and a gentle tannic grip on the finish. Hint of sweetness. High drinkability. An XO category-crushing Cognac. Irresistible to put the glass down.
