Amber, orange lights. Irregular heavy tears. Fruits and citruses at first. Various spicy notes in the background. Grapefruit juice. Orange zest marmalade. A tad of coffee beans and dry nuts scents. . Sweet texture with a tad of acidity. Citruses juice, candied orange aromas. Correct mouth length...

First sip on the mouth was quite spicy, but shortly after fruity (and a bit of woody) aromas appear. There are more balanced XOs out there, but the fruitiness makes it interesting - not my absolute favorite XO - solid!

Lovely fruits and mixed nuts greet the nose. As it opens, some subtle baking spice appears. The palate brings a bit of oak, along with some dried fruits and nut, before finishing with fruit and oak spice. I would like to have seen less oak on the palate and finish, but still a lovely intro to XO’s....

Cognac Park XO is a decent XO, but not so much more than that. Its main strenth is its aromas. It is very expressive on the nose, here you can find, fruits, wood and spices. The taste is somewhat sweet with a lot of spices and wood. You can also find some young elements. The after-taste is not too...

This is a very layered Cognac for sure. A lot of aromas on the nose to pick out. Tons of fruit, but also some great earthy components. There's a hint of sweet with a touch of flowers, too. Park is one of my favorite Cognac house, they are very innovative and creative. From their Park Mizunara to their single terroir single cask, Park never miss the mark. The Park XO is a tastebomb. Very rich and opulent, but also balanced. Clear notes of wood and vanilla but also clove and nutmeg. Also clear hazelnut. Even some leather and dark chocolate in its long and balanced aftertaste. This one wil enrich every autumn or winter evening!!!

This cognac is as longtime favorite of mine. This is a bold, unapologetically dominant cognac. Not for the faint of heart. Bursting of flavors. Nose: pronounced aromas of dark stone fruit. The nose is rich with wood notes and grape juice. The palate comes on sweet with raisins and plums followed by mild earthy notes and a nice dry, spicy finish.
