Hyssop is a little-known mountain plant with singular aromatics. At the Distillerie des Aravis in La Clusaz it is macerated and then distilled to create a fresh, expressive liqueur with a character all of its own, one of the more unusual entries in the house range of liqueur.
At 40% vol the profile is floral, minty and lightly fruity, a genuine botanical curiosity that intrigues and keeps drinkers coming back. It sits alongside the distillery's other mountain French spirits.
