I appreciate the house style, and this bottle is a great value. Wood, stone fruit, rancio, dunnage. Great balance and enough abv for lift. A classic.

Thus is my 2nd order of this cognac. Smooth finish, and great flavor notes. No hatch bite just smooth. Hide from guests unless you have more than 1 bottle.

Citrus fruits, cinnamon and ginger. Interesting and worthwhile, but not incredible.

One of my personal Top 10 from the tasting, and astonishing for the price. The nose is all papaya and pineapple with a lick of rancio, then jasmine, ginger and vanilla. The palate opens soft and sweet, dried peach and caramel, before the tropical fruit returns with ginger into a gentle, pleasurable...

Inviting, cooling nose of sandalwood, ylang-ylang and mace. The palate is beautifully balanced, with tannic oak, longan, sandalwood, bitter cinnamon competing for attention. The finish is of medium length. A lovely cognac, strongly recommended.

Starts off with some fruit such as pear and apple. I get lots of spice, pepper and a complex finish with some wood at the end. It's not sweet which I like. There are many flavors which I can't distinguish. This one offers a lot of flavor for the price.

This cognac requires patience. Pour it and leave on the table for an hour or even more. Give it enough time to open all its aromas to you. Enjoy its fruit sweetness, rancio and excellent taste.
