앙드레 쁘띠 다쥬 레제르 파밀리에 리미티드 에디션 코냑은 진정한 의미의 패밀리 스페셜 코냑입니다. 자크 쁘띠는 아버지가 물려준 빈티지 코냑을 선별하고 조합하여 약 50년 동안 숙성된 놀랍도록 오래된 코냑을 선보입니다. 실제로 1961년산 밀레시메를 다양하게 조합했지만 1955년과 1969년산 오드비도 포함되어 있습니다.
이 코냑은 아주 오래된 방식으로 생산되었습니다. 포도는 손으로 수확하고 조부모의 가르침에 따라 증류합니다. 증류 과정에서 알코올을 분리하기 위해 기계를 사용하지 않고 오로지 코의 감각만을 믿습니다. 이 가족 생산자는 자신의 감정과 취향에 따라 뚜렷한 스타일의 코냑을 개발하는 와인 재배자입니다.
