The Cognac is very smooth, with a floral and fruity taste on the palate. You taste the notes of lemon, lime, and apricot. It has a mild spicey finish that is compatible with the taste of honey. I get lots of various fruit flavors and aromas and some spice. I prefer a little less spice, but that's just me. This is pretty typical though. Overall, it's very enjoyable with lots of lingering flavors. Good complexity. Very good cognac for the money.
