After reading numerous reviews and seeing this model in an old version, I decided to buy it (the last bottle). What makes this Prunier so special is the excellent fruit note - it simply tastes second to none. Maybe not as deep as the Prunier XO Très Vieille Grande Champagne Cognac but it's hard to find a better cognac at this price point.
Very tasty and flavorful cognac with lots of fruits, rancio, sultanas, oak, dry apricots, tobacco,caramel, and a few spices. Very soft and elegant!!!

This is a very good cognac that borders on great. Great balance with a fruity flavor. The only thing holding it back is that it is just not as rich or deep as I would prefer. Though I would still recommend this to anyone who likes fruity cognacs. A great value.
I liked the Cognac. However, I have had some VSOP's that I liked better. The first sip seems to be the key. This one had a little too much alcohol taste. Some may like that flavor, but not I. It was beautifully packaged and bottled.
