Beautiful shiny amber with copper reflexes. The nose of the cognac is quite mature and inviting on sweet, ripe pears, warm spicy notes (pepper, cinnamon), but there is also a fine scent of floral honey. On the palate the alcohol is nicely integrated with sweet fruit notes (dried apricots and plums)...
