アンドレ・プティVSOPコニャックは、所有する価値のある素晴らしい品質のVSOPである。古い木樽由来のバニラのアロマを持つまろやかなコニャックで、美しく繊細である。VSOPに分類されるが、ブレンドの最も若い要素は8年熟成で、15年熟成に達する。マルチ・テロワールのコニャックだが、ボン・ボアのテロワールの混合土壌で栽培されたブドウが主体である。
まさにこの構成が、ここから生まれるオー・ド・ヴィに独自の特徴を及ぼしている。甘いバニラが支配的だが、テイスティングの過程でさらなるアロマと風味が広がる。これは、古い樽と新しい樽の両方でオー・ド・ヴィを熟成させる際の注意深いバランスによるものだと、生産者のジャック・プティは明かしている。彼は熟成期間の約半分の間、コニャックに色をつけるために新しい樽を使い、その後古い樽に移し替える。この移し替えが、Cognacに甘いバニラ香、芳香、バランスのとれた品質を与えるのである。

Unfortunately, it is not sold in our stores. I was very inspired by this vsop. Dark in color and full of flavor, better than some XO! There were different flavors. My wife didn't like the hot one, but it was perfect for me. I will definitely add this to my next order.
