This review is based on a sample bottle. This is an elegant and well-balanced Fins Bois, however, this cognac lacks a bit of highlight. This dram is very quaffable, I paired it with some Deutch style raw ham.

This is a very elegant cognac with every flavor profile being perfectly balence. Hints of fruit, strong nose, a mild and comforting spice, and a slight tobacco finish for a great overall experience. The bottle is beautiful also.
