XO：熟成10年以上

XXO：熟成14年以上

XXOは「エクストラ・エクストラ・オールド」の略で、2018年にコニャックの熟成年数の表記に正式に追加された比較的新しいカテゴリーである。コニャックの他の熟成年数表記、VS、VSOP、XOと同様に、XXOCognacはフレンチオーク樽内で熟成されたオー・ド・ヴィで構成されている。しかし、XXOの場合、資格を得るための最低熟成期間は14年である。これにより、XXOコニャックはコニャックが保持できる最も古い公式格付けとなります。
