The Leyrat Partage Cognac is truly something special. A single estate release from the Domaine of Francis Abecassis in the Fins Bois region, this limited edition has been created from a blend of very old Hors d'Age eaux-de-vie. Cellar Master Christian Guerin says that his creation embodies aromas of spices and sandalwood that have developed from the extensive period within oak barrels. As one would expect of a Cognac of this age and quality, the palate takes the taster on a sensory journey, culminating in a delightful, lingering finish. Only 52 decanters have been produced in total, making this an extraordinarily rare Cognac to own.
Cognac Leyrat is based on the Domaine de Chez Maillard estate in the Fins Bois region of Cognac. Cognacs created here are renowned for their complexity and elegance; the family who first established the House were adamant on the production of natural and clean eaux-de-vie without any added sugars. All of the grapes grown for Leyrat Cognacs are handpicked from vineyards on the estate and cultivated using organic fertilizers without chemicals. Internationally awarded for quality and taste, Leyrat Cognac can be found on the most prestigious tables in the world.
Almost perfume-esque in its appearance, Leyrat Partage Cognac is presented in a square crystal decanter, topped with a multifaceted stopper that beautifully reflects the light. Delicate chiffon ribbons are tied around the neck, holding a label. Each decanter is presented in an oak chest that represents the casks used for aging the Cognac.

Cognac Leyrat is part of the expansive estate owned by Francis and Elodie Abecassis, sister brand of Cognac Le Reviseur, ABK6 and Grands Domaines. Produced from the fruits of a single estate, the wines are distilled on the less in small copper stills and the eaux-de-vie matured in temperature-controlled cellars. It is this combination of traditional methods and modern technology that creates the stunning Leyrat expressions that have won awards around the world.
