Description
Esteve Très Vieux de la Propriété Cognac
Famille Esteve Très Vieux Cognac de la Propriété means ‘very old Cognac of the house’, and this award-winning Cognac certainly lives up to the name; this is old indeed, with the eaux-de-vie used to create it being aged for around 50 years. Made with grapes harvested on the Petite Champagne terroir, this Cognac balances elegance and complexity with its combination of lighter fruit flavours with darker notes leather and wood you only get from well-aged spirits.
The House of Estève mainly focus on products from the Petite Champagne region, where they own and manage 45 hectares of Ugni Blanc grapevines. The property is situated in the municipality of Celles in Charente-Maritime, where the seventh generation of the family now produce a range of Cognac that are composed mainly of older eaux-de-vie.
