The Couprie family have been vine-growers, based in the Grande Champagne area of Cognac since 1730. Putting their passion and skills to good use, this Cognac house maintains family traditions, by distilling their own wine to make fine, flavourful, elegant Cognac - all for the enjoyment of dedicated connoisseurs.

At Maison Couprie, the wines are stirred before distillation to enhance aromatic concentration. Double distillation is the focus of the brands centuries’ old craft, and the distiller’s nose is still the only instrument capable of selecting the very finest of eaux-de-vie. The long maturation process then takes place in the estate's ancient, dark and slightly humid cellars. The Cognac is aged exclusively in Limousin oak barrels, gradually acquiring its amber color and exquisite flavour.
