Vert de Coeur Celadon Gin

Nose: a first nose of a very good aromatic intensity, I would even say explosive. It offers us a multitude of odors under the sign of root, floral, berries, citrus fruits, infusion, infusion of scrubland, and spices. The persistence is very good, refined, and of great class. The smells are airy, they take us to a second, much more complex nose with a farandole of odors of gentian, a bouquet of candied angelica, lemon citron, cardamom, ginger, freshly ground white pepper, fruit nuances of bergamot, infused verbena, and of course juniper berry, a blend of juniper, a blend of garrigue, thyme, wild thyme, lemon balm, almost exotic and freshness.

Palate: with an impressive attack, well drawn and of a great freshness. An opulent mid-palate opulent mid-palate with a nice fleshiness. The matter presents a well-worked balance where the acidity and the persistence delights us by its numerous caudalies. The smells identified in the nose are prolonged in mouth with a refreshing in full rise. A side of fresh pepper or Espelette lightens the matter. The happiness of the senses. An expressive varietal finish, of an excellent behaviour, which honours the accomplished work.
