The Distillerie des Moisans, located in a small hamlet between Cognac and Angouleme, has been managed by the Blu Legaret Family for three generations. Distillation, aging, and bottling all happen on site, ensuring quality control at every single step of the creative process. The family has harnessed the ancestral expertise they have developed over the years, now applying the tradition and legacy of their predecessors to "French-finished" rum.

Presentation of the Bottle
The Canoubier Extra Fine Rum comes in a contemporary Caribbean-inspired bottle with a traditional wooden stopper. - 1 fl. oz Canoubier Rum
- 3 fl. oz Sparkling water
- 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon of cane sugar simple syrup
Cut the lime into small cubes before placing them in a rocks glass with the simple syrup. Muddle together to release the juices, then add your Canoubier Rum and crushed ice. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a lime wedge or pineapple slice. Enjoy!
- 2 fl. oz Cognac
- 1 fl. oz Whisky
- 1 fl. oz Canoubier Rum
- 0.5 fl. oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake. Double strain into a glass of your choice and garnish with a slice of orange. Raspberries, blackberries or mint can also be added to take your garnish to the next level.
