Il reconstruit et agrandit la Distillerie des Moisans, en la dotant des équipements qui en font un producteur exceptionnel de Cognac fin.
Aujourd'hui, Cognac Moisans compte 30 hectares de vignes dans les Fins Bois, dont 95 % du vignoble est constitué du cépage Ugni Blanc.
Transmis par la famille Bru Legaret depuis trois générations, le processus unique de la propriété - de la distillation au vieillissement, à l'embouteillage et à la commercialisation - se déroule ici, dans ce petit hameau historique.
