The Jean-Luc Pasquet Confluences Bord de Mer L.30 Cognac is a remarkable blend from the prestigious Borderies cru. This special edition Cognac, with an average age of 30 years (L.30Y), showcases the characteristic freshness of the Borderies terroir. With an ABV of 49%, this Cognac is bottled at cask strength, offering a robust and authentic tasting experience. Only 309 bottles were produced, making it a limited edition.
The Confluences Bord de Mer is crafted from Ugni Blanc grapes. Its name, "Bord de Mer," translates to "seaside," reflecting its bright and refreshing profile, perfect for savoring on summer days. This Cognac captivates with its elegant, fresh, and floral nose, highlighted by peppery notes.
This Cognac is Pasquet's first selection from the Borderies cru, known for producing spirits with unique freshness and floral elegance.

Little bottle, big taste
At first pour the nose contains a lot of heat, not unexpected with a cognac bottled at 49%. In the glass it holds a pale honey color.
