XO Prestige Marquis de La Fayette
Capturing the La Fayette spirit through an elixir in a prestigious bottle - the Marquis de La Fayette XO Prestige Cognac hits all the marks. The Cognac is halfway between sweetness and power. La Fayette Cognac is named after Marquis La Fayette, a great hero of the American Revolutionary War, who later played a crucial role in the French Revolution.
La Fayette XO has been stored for up to 15 years to bring out the Cognac’s desired quality before it can be enjoyed. In the first 10-14 months, the Cognac is heavily roasted in new oak casks and then stored in red aged casks for the rest of the process to mature.
The XO Prestige Cognac is made from 75 different eaux-de-vie - 30% Fins Bois, 20% Grande Champagne and 50% Petite Champagne. Ensuring the taste and the quality of the XO Prestige Marquis de La Fayette is their number one priority, and so tastings are conducted each time the Cognac goes through a reduction process.
