Description
Jacques Denis XO Cognac: Mature Elegance
An unusual blend of two well-aged Cognacs, this expression is simply a treat for the senses. Created from a blend of two Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie, the Jacques Denis XO Cognac is an old quality Cognac that has taken on deep fruit and leather notes over time, as well as a rich amber hue. The average age in the blend is twenty years, double the minimum required for XO Cognac.
Boasting a history that spans several generations, the House of Jacques Denis in the heart of the Grande Champagne growing region, sprawled across sunshine-drenched hills. Not much has changed on the estate in the last century or so, and here Cognac is made according to the house’s own sense of quality and know-how. Between the naturally tended vineyards, the old limousin oak barrels maturing in the chateau's cellars, and expert blending, the end result here is always brilliant.
Presentation of the Bottle
The tall, slim bottle features a heavy glass base and a thin neck covered in gold foil. The red and gold label shows off the rich color of the liquid inside and also matches the accompanying presentation tube.
How to Enjoy Jacques Denis XO Cognac
Certainly a great Cognac to add to your collection, the Jacques Denis XO makes a wonderful digestif. Best enjoyed neat at around 20°C (68°F) in a slim tulip glass.
