We love playing matchmaker. Each Cognac is made to be tasted with its own chocolate counterpart, because we believe there’s a lot to be said for combining flavors. There’s something about the nuttiness of Cognac; combined with the earthy bite of dark chocolate—that makes us weak at the knees.

From bean-to-bar: Our single-origin chocolates are made by one of London’s best artisan producers, Phil Landers. Expect cacao beans from the likes of Guatemala, Nicaragua and the Philippines, among others.

From grape-to-bottle: Within the box, you’ll find Cognacs that have been nurtured to full maturity by expert producers. Each is derived from one single terroir in the Charente region of France.

Our tasting sets will be made to order at our estate in Poullignac, France. We’ve selected the finest artisan producers to create our Cognac and chocolate - each one a master of their own process.

We are committed to small batches to ensure that the quality of the products are not compromised by scale, so join our waiting list for your tasting box.
