Rémi Landier Extra Tradition Cognac is a spectacular limited edition blend of super-aged eaux-de-vie from the Grande Champagne and Fins Bois terroirs of the region. The spirits are truly old - each having been aged for a minimum of 30 years. These delights were harvested by Ernest Aubineau, an ancestor of the Landier family and handed down over the decades.
This really is a special Cognac. Particularly fruity, there are also hints of sweet spices (cardamom and cinnamon), as well as tobacco, pastry, liquorice, and eucalyptus honey. The package is finished off by it's luxury decanter and wooden presentation box. From every angle this is a Cognac to be treasured and enjoyed - one that will satisfy even the most demanding of palates.

Tasting review by Remi Landier:
Eye: amber, coppery highlights.
Nose: elegant, opens with notes of precious wood, citrus (kumquat, pink grapefruit, bitter orange) vine peach. Evolves on notes of caramelized apricot, eucalyptus honey, licorice & sage. The floral notes gradually settle.
Palate: powerful, complex, tones of pastry (almond, choux pastry, whipped cream). Long, complex finish
