Description

This Rare Gentiane spirit delights fans of fine brandies with its incomparably spicy and aromatic character. The Eau de Vie shows both in the nose and on the palate wonderfully intense and finely tart, while its taste is wonderfully round due to the two-year maturation after distillation. The excellent brandy, which is the expression of a perfect distillation art, comes in a 0.7 l bottle with 45% Vol.

This gentian brandy is made from gentian roots These are strictly controlled after delivery to the distillery and then crushed. After a careful maceration and double distillation in copper stills, the distillate is stored and aged for more than two years to develop its harmonious taste. Eau de Vie de Gentiane belongs to the Varietés Rare (rare varieties) range, which also includes Eau de Vie de Fraise (strawberry), Eau de Vie de Coing (quince), Eau de Vie de Sureau (elderberry), Eau de Vie de Eglantine (rosehip) and Eau de Vie de Myrtille (blueberry).
