Nose: Frank perfume subtly herbaceous.

Palate: During a tasting as an aperitif, cocktail or as a digestive, this alcoholic drink with genepi brings a very long taste in mouth, without bitterness and without sugar as well as an excellent behaviour in time. The brandy of genepi of the Alps is sublimated by the alcohol while preserving a certain roundness.

Description

The dry genepi is a brandy made from rare aromatic alpine plants. The brandy of génépi is a strong alcohol offering a degree of alcohol of 50% after distillation within the Distillery of Aravis.
