Description
This brandy is one of the few brandies to have obtained a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) which meets very strict specifications.
As a digestive, this brandy can be drunk at the end of a good meal.
As an aperitif, in long drink or in cocktail.
In the kitchen, this brandy will accompany and enhance your pastries, and is a natural choice for the delicious "Black Forest" cake or a fresh fruit salad. It will stand out in a cheese fondue or deglaze your meats... you can also give free rein to your creativity!
