Nose: aromas of baked bread, cereals, flour

Palate: surprising notes of sourdough and red fruits.

Description

Petit Epeautre is one of the oldest varieties discovered and cultivated by man.

It is on the lands of the Cazottes estate that the small spelt is grown according to the principles of biodynamics. Once harvested, they send it to a malting plant that will treat the grains with the respect they deserve. Once the malt is obtained, it is the brewer's turn to use his know-how. The result is an unfiltered craft beer. At this stage, they take over, make the best of the work done and proceed to the distillation of the beer. Finally, they witness the birth of this tasty eau-de-vie.

Its aromas and translucent color pair well with matured cheeses.
