Nice cognac for the money. This will be a much better experience than many XO's.

Hardy Noces D’Or is my favorite so I decided to try Noces D’Argent since it was on sale here. This was my first order from Cognac Expert and I was pleased with the people and the Cognac. Cognac gets a 87 with a solid performance and the people get a 100. Thanks Cognac Expert.

The Grape varieties used are Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, and Colombard, and is a blend with comprised of around twenty Grande and Petite Champagne eaux-de-vie. BOUQUET: Rancio, Sweet, Raisins TASTE: Sweet, Mild Spice, Dates FINISH: Lingering Semi Sweet, Long Dates, Mild Citrus, Mild Spice, Dry (Not as good as Hardy Noces de Diamant Grande Champagne Cognac. Better than Hardy Noces de Perle Grande Champagne Cognac.)

Nose: nice and clean, some wood, some spice, not overpowering, very pleasant Taste: a little insipid, no burn, warm flavors, baking spices(allspice?) Aftertaste: pleasant aftertaste, no bitterness, sweet, mild legs

Jewel-like golden amber in the glass. Wonderful nose, raisin, tobacco, honey, that just keeps getting better. Slightly astringent, slightly fiery, massively indebted to its wine origins. Long finish, low in the palate, lingering sweetness.

This is the newest member of Hardy's Noces-range. It is around 25 years old with a blend of 55% GC and 45% PC. This cognac has a deep golden color, and it has large tears inside the glass. This is a rare, incredible drink. It has a boldness of aromas that makes it very distinct, dark, and broody with tobacco, nuts, oak, dried fruits, all delivered with the rancio and sophistication one would expect from a product of this age.
