Introducing the Domaine des Brizards XO Cognac, an exquisite spirit crafted by SCEA Boisnard in the heart of Floirac. Made from 100% Ugni Blanc grapes, this exceptional Cognac is a blend of select monocrus Bons Bois, aged for 20 years in oak barrels to achieve its profound depth and complexity.
The Domaine des Brizards XO Cognac displays a rich dark brown hue. The nose is sweet and highly aromatic, with pronounced woody notes and hints of hay. On the palate, this Cognac is soft and exceptionally aromatic, with flavors of dried apricot, dried figs, pear, passion fruit, and vanilla. The finish is long and lingering, leaving a harmonious blend of fruity and vanilla notes.
Produced using the traditional Charentais double distillation method, this Cognac reflects the unique terroir of clay-limestone soil and a temperate oceanic climate, nestled on the slopes along the Gironde facing the Médoc.
