The Perfect Cognac for Pairing
The Brard Blanchard Estival Cognac can be married with other a wide variety of drinks. Made from the best produce from the Fins Bois region where the grapes here produces eaux-de-vie that is round, supple and produces a fruity aroma when squeezed. With that being said, blends made from the Fins Bois region are extremely desirable.
Labeled as an XO Cognac, the Estival Brard Blanchard Cognac is very special and has gone through a delicate aging process of over 10 years which produces a superb quality of Cognac.
How To Serve
The recommendation to enjoy the Cognac in a few ways. You can either appreciate the fine quality of the Cognac with just a few cubes of ice or as a Cognac Tonic.

Heritage of Brard Blanchard
For almost four generations, the family of the Domaine Brard Blanchard have worked on the vineyard. They began in 1972 with polyculture, vines, and dairy, until 1976 when they focused all of their efforts into viticulture and marketing. The vines have always been grown organically, practicing manual harvest for every product. The estate is located on the southern slopes that border the Charente.

Über Brard Blanchard
Seit fast vier Generationen arbeitet die Familie aus der Domaine Brard Blanchard in ihren Weinfeldern. 1972 begannen sie mit Polykultur, Weinen und Milchwaren, bis der Schwerpunkt ab 1976 auf Weinbau und Marketing verlegt wurde. Die Weinreben wurden seit Anbeginn ökologisch kultiviert, allen Produkten wendet sich die Herstellerfamilie in manueller Ernte zu. Das Anwesen schmiegt sich an die südlichen Hänge, an welche die Charente grenzt.
