Two bottles from the Crocodile Brothers house in Charente, sold together at 20% off the price of buying them separately. Damien Bertrand revived the brand in 2023, after more than twenty years spent inside the great houses of the region.
Floral on the nose, with a discreet rancio and a touch of vanilla. Fruity and round on the palate, with a long finish. Bottled at 42%, the strength that keeps a natural residual sweetness. Each bottle of batch n°1 is numbered, from a limited run of 1,970.
Ugni Blanc juice from the family property, gently distilled in a small copper still. The hydrosol is blended with natural extracts, including oak, giving vanilla, dried fruit, caramel and gentle spice on the nose, and soft tannins on the palate. Vegan, gluten-free, no added sugar, no artificial flavours. Made for alcohol-free cocktails and for serving the way a digestif is served.
