Rocket Scientist (yes, I actually design rocket engines), and aspiring alcoholic. Relatively new to the Cognac world, but I'm enjoying the learning experience.
Excellent variety of fruits and spice.
I get lots of various fruit flavors and aromas and some spice. I prefer a little less spice, but that's just me. This is pretty typical though. Overall, it's very enjoyable with lots of lingering flavors. Good complexity. Very good cognac for the money.
