Description

A unique work of art from the house of Renault Cognac to celebrate the period of Advent, in the run up to Christmas.

This one off creation was made in collaboration with Renault Cognac and Atelier Drevelle, a Cognac-based artisan designer. it consists of 24 wooden cubes, each etched with a date from 01-24 December. These hang by golden threads in a symbolic reference to a Christmas tree. But it's within these cubes that the real treasures lie waiting, with each revealing a Cognac or eaux-de-vie that Renault use to make their Cognacs. Every Cognac is differenc, perhaps by its age, it's terroir, its method of distillation, its aromas... Each day consists of a little piece of the jigsaw that make up the exceptional products of this historic house.

A true collector's piece, and one that will surely be treasured by the lucky person who gets to own it.

We are proud and excited to announce the release of our 2020 Cognac Advent Calendar! After taking in your valued feedback on our 2019 calendar, we’ve applied some changes and are delighted to offer you a new-and-improved edition this year.

About Renault Cognac

The house of Renault Cognac (sometimes referred to as Renault & Co Cognac) has a history that can be traced back to 1835. The house was founded by one Jean-Antonin Renault at the tender age of 25. Mr Renault came from a long line of Charentais merchants, and living in the centre of the town of Cognac it made sense that he moved into the production of eaux-de-vie.
