History of Domaine du Puits Faucon Cognac

Since 1865 the cognac house has been expertly producing eaux-de-vie from the domaine's surrounding vineyards.  All of this knowledge and know-how has been passed down through the generations, and is now in the very capable hands of Daniel Bouillard.  Located firmly in the Borderies terroir of the region, Bouillard took over as head of the house in 1988 on the retirement of his father.
