Esprit Organic is an artisanal Cognac brand from the heart of the Fins Bois cru in France, produced by the Croizet family who has been growing grapes organically for over 20 years. Based at Domaine de la Grande Versenne, Léopold and Fanny Croizet cultivate chemical-free vineyards and craft a diverse range of Cognacs, from VS to XO and limited Single Cask editions. Each expression reflects the natural richness of their terroir and a deep respect for the land and traditional methods.

Esprit Organic is an independent Cognac house based in the Fins Bois region of France, dedicated to fully organic viticulture and in-house production. Since the early 2000s, Léopold and Fanny Croizet have grown their vineyards without synthetic chemicals and manage every step of the Cognac process directly on their estate — from soil to bottle. Their approach is rooted in long-term sustainability, aiming to make wines and Cognacs that speak genuinely of their land.
At Esprit Organic, everything begins in the vineyard. Their 20+ hectare estate grows three key white grape varieties: Ugni Blanc, Colombard, and Folle Blanche. These grapes benefit from nutrient-rich soils and a living ecosystem, enhanced through practices like cover cropping with clover and fava beans to support biodiversity and soil health. The vines are tended naturally, without herbicides, pesticides, or chemical fertilizers. All vinification, distillation in copper stills, aging, and bottling is done by the family on-site, ensuring transparency and authenticity in every step.
