Description

Armagnac Sempé 1992

Armagnac Sempe 1992 is a vintage from the Great Reserve collection. In creating Sempe’s vintage offerings, Armagnac casks are selected to age only the best eaux-de-vie of this vintage year. Sempe’s Great Reserve of vintages has been growing every year since 1934. For each vintage, successive cellar masters draw from carefully selected Armagnac casks to preserve and develop mature spirits in keeping with their founder Abel Sempe’s triple motto: "aroma, roundness, length". Vintage 1992 demonstrates exactly this as its blissful aroma is complemented by great roundness and length.

Sempe is one of Armagnac’s most well-known trading houses. Founded in 1934 by Abel Sempe, in the Gascon region, he developed the brand on an international level. Innovation is therefore at the heart of the house of Sempe. The family business seeks to continue producing Armagnac in the same way that Abel Sempe once did, which strives to combine savoir-faire with enabling Armagnac to be as accessible to as many people as possible.

Presentation of the bottle

Housed in a traditional embossed bottle, the classic presentation of 1992 is in keeping with Armagnac's timeless age. An old-fashioned vintage style label features all the product information and a golden wreath that meets a crest of two knights crossing their swords. Arriving with a bespoke wooden display box this Armagnac deserves to be savored for special occasions. A staple collectors item for connoisseurs looking to extend their vintage collection.

How to enjoy

Unveiling rich and complex aroma, Armagnac 1992 is best enjoyed neat at room temperature, so as not to take away anything from the Armagnac in its purest form. Sip from an Armagnac glass, as aroma, temperature and volume all come together through the wide opening of this type of glass, completing the experience of indulgence beautifully.
