Description

Armagnac Clés des Ducs 1982

Vintage 1982 Armagnac Clés des Ducs is a quality Armagnac distilled in the village of Panjas, and aged in the Bordeneuve Cellars. Taking its character from the year 1982, the eaux-de-vie owes its rigorous selection to the cellar master’s commitment to creating fine Armagnac rich in flavor. Having aged in carefully chosen casks for decades, this is an Armagnac that develops with great length in the mouth while remaining mellow with light woody undertones.

The history of Clés des Ducs Armagnacs merges with that of Armagnac and the region of Gascony itself. As here the tradition of nobility and elegance is deep-rooted in not only the history of France but in the vines too as the first Armagnac eaux-de-vie was remarkably developed here way back in the 15th century.

Presentation of the bottle

Showcased in a classic Armagnac bottle to embody the classic nectar it beholds, golden accents inject even further elegance to the presentation with style. The front of the bottle features the Clés des Ducs embellished logo, with details of the Armagnac as well as a stamp and signature to emphasize its authenticity as well as the brand’s commitment to preserving history. Arriving with a sophisticated presentation box in deep navy blue, it serves as a lavished gift to a spirits lover.

How to enjoy

Armagnac Cles des Ducs 1982 is best appreciated in its purest form, neat at room temperature. We recommend pouring the Armagnac into tulip glasses and letting it rest for a few minutes before commencing the tasting. To alter the experience slightly try serving vintage 1982 on the rocks or with a splash of mineral water.
