review and tasting notes: On the nose: Complex, fruity. In the mouth rather full, pepper and then round. Good finish.

When Pierre Couprie received the distillation permit in 1750, he introduced a long history for the Couprie family. Their estate in Ambleville in the Grande Champagne has been the home to the cognac house sine generations. Like many smaller producers, Couprie Cognac uses only its own wine production to ensure and control the highest quality of their eaux-de-vie. Courpie also produces Pineau des Charentes and liqueurs to broaden their product range.
