This cognac is a product from the house of Francois Voyer: Terres de Grande Champagne. The eaux-de-vie come from the 1st cru of the cognac region, were aged between 4 and 6 years, equivalent to lots of VSOP. The eaux-de-vie are aged in new oak barrels for three years, then matured in older, humid barrels. The cognac is also sold in 35cl bottles.

TASTING NOTES

Golden eye, fine nose. In the mouth subtle notes of oak - the finish round. As a digestive of course, but certainly also as an aperitif, as ingredient of a cocktail or long drink. 1/4 Cognac, ice, tonic or fruit juice.
