The 6 Carats from the house of Gourmel comes in a 70cl bottle - also named Le P'tit Gourmel. It's a VSOP quality, and kind of an introduction to the world of natural Cognacs. You would have this Cognac with an expresso at 4 pm, on a Sunday afternoon. Of course, this Cognac is made without any additives, not aged in toasted oak casks and not chill-filtered. No caramel added, not artificially woody. Gourmel about this Cognac: "“I am so proud of my 6 year old cognac that I nicknamed it Le P’tit Gourmel in other words the Gourmel Kid.” The Cognac can also be bought as a nice decanter bottle.

Soft golden colour, honey. The nose : Fresh, white fruits like pear. A fresh, long aftertaste.
