This Ile de Ré cognac from the house of Camus is a young VS, Very Special. Its a pure Bois Ordinaires blend of eaux-de-vie. It comes in a 70 cl whiskey-like bottle, 40% ABV. This cognac is the youngest of Camus Ile de Ré edition, which stands for a unique characteristic, almost nautic taste.

TASTING NOTES
The young cognac from the island of Charente Maritime presents a rich nose, with spices. The Palate is dominated by oak, and a dry fruits. Rough but pleasant, salty finish. Drink this cognac on the rocks, or with a little bit of water.
